About Us
Bluebell Woods. This bluebell wood photo was taken by Jon Sloper in 2007 at Parson's Copse near to Jon's office in Maiden Newton, Dorset.
We are a design business based in Dorset, England. Normally if you contact us you'll get to speak to Jon Sloper or Bill Crumbleholme. We're the ones who are involved with doing most of the work although other people are involved from time to time as their expertise and effort is needed.
Both of us are Directors of Alacrify along with our spouses. Jon's area of expertise and interest is in the design process and technical programming, while Bill's work lies in project management and delivery. If you want to hear how we got the company together you can read more here.
Maiden Castle. This Iron Age hillfort lies between Alacrify's two Dorset offices just on the outskirts of Dorchester.
We have a number of companies that work with us to provide services that we can't supply to our clients. We also work for a number of other companies as specialist designers for their clients. This symbiosis is a really good way to work in our experience. It means we can benefit from our partners' expertise and offer a more complete package of services to our clients. We feel we offer reciprocal good value to our partners too.

They build networks, install servers, setup telephony and offer many other brilliant hardware and systems-orientated services that we also draw on from time to time.

FlatRock Systems also have a great pedigree in supplying hardware and IT systems and we use them from time to time to help keep our own office systems up to date and running smoothly. FlatRock also supply large office networks, servers and office systems in addition to computer repairs and maintenance.
